PPR Welding – Pipes and Fittings
Our team provides reliable welding of Polypropylene Random Copolymer (PPR) pipes and fittings used in cold and hot water supply systems. The welding process ensures leak-free joints through heat fusion, ideal for plumbing networks, residential buildings, and healthcare facilities.
GRP Welding – Pipes and Fittings
We offer GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) pipe assembly and joining through lamination or adhesive bonding. Unlike metal welding, GRP joining involves multiple layers of fiberglass impregnated with resin, providing lightweight, chemical-resistant, and durable connections for water and chemical pipeline applications.
HDPE Welding – Pipes and Fittings
We perform precision welding of High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipes using methods such as butt fusion and electrofusion. These processes ensure high-integrity, seamless joints that are ideal for underground utilities, potable water systems, and chemical transport lines.
Leak Detection & Monitoring Systems
Leak Detection Wire Connection – Preinsulated Pipes
We integrate leak detection wires into buried pre-insulated piping systems to enable continuous monitoring for moisture or faults. These systems rely on precise sensor wire routing, termination, and control panel integration to deliver accurate leak alerts.
Resistance and Insulation Testing
We perform electrical resistance and insulation testing of embedded leak detection systems in pre-insulated pipelines. Our detailed reports include insulation resistance values, fault detection analysis, moisture intrusion assessments, and verification of system integrity—critical for quality control during installation and handover.
TDR (Time Domain Reflectometry) Testing
TDR testing is used to pinpoint the exact location of defects or breaks in leak detection wires. The system sends an electric pulse and detects reflections caused by changes in impedance, identifying wire cuts, moisture ingress, or insulation damage. This test is essential for diagnosing faults in long, buried pipelines.
Testing & Commissioning – Leak Detection Systems
We conduct full functional testing and commissioning of leak detection systems for buried Pre-insulated pipes, including sensor wire checks, panel configurations, leak simulation, alarm testing, and verification of communication with BMS. We ensure your leak detection system is ready for operation from day one.
Inside Building Leak Detection Systems
We design and install leak detection systems inside buildings, especially in critical environments like data centers, labs, hospitals, and mechanical rooms. These systems provide early warnings of water or chemical leaks to protect sensitive infrastructure, often integrating with central monitoring and alert platforms.
Chamber Monitoring Devices
We supply and configure smart sensors for manholes, tanks, and chambers to monitor flooding, gas emissions, unauthorized access, and environmental changes (temperature, humidity). These devices enhance safety and ensure compliance in underground infrastructure management
Steel Pipe Plastic End Caps
We provide durable plastic end caps for protecting pipe ends during storage, handling, or transport. These caps prevent contamination, moisture ingress, and mechanical damage.
Field Joint Insulation – Buried Preinsulated Pipes
GI Sheet Method
This traditional insulation method involves applying galvanized iron (GI) sheets to exposed pipe joints on-site, followed by filling with polyurethane foam. Heat shrink sleeves are used to protect the joint from moisture, soil pressure, and corrosion—ideal for buried networks.
RayJoint Method (With Pressure Testing)
This advanced method includes a pre-engineered joint sleeve system with sealing mastic, a heat-shrinkable outer sleeve, and foam injection. After sealing, the joint is pressure tested to ensure its watertight integrity before foam injection. This method provides a robust, long-lasting barrier against water ingress.
HDPE Tube – Extrusion Welding / Riveting
HDPE tubes are installed over field joints and sealed through extrusion welding or mechanical riveting to the existing HDPE jacket. The joint cavity is filled with polyurethane foam, resulting in a seamless, pressure-resistant, and corrosion-proof solution for underground piping systems.
GRP / GRE Lamination Kit
For corrosion-prone or specialty applications, we use GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) or GRE (Glass Reinforced Epoxy) lamination kits to encapsulate and protect field joints. Multiple layers of fiberglass and resin are applied over the joint, followed by PU foam filling. This method is highly durable, weather-resistant, and suitable for aggressive soil conditions.
